Near the entrance of the park there are huge lockers and changing rooms. Locker rental i think is $20 for the whole day so pretty standard. The first thing you see is a shallow floating pool that takes you all the way around the park, so basically you go along that and exit whenever to access the other rides. There are also round floaties and lifejackets you can wear. Unfortunately, all the floaties were snatched, so life jackets it was ;(

Aww isn't he adorable? :3 |
I realised that since there was water everywhere and obviously my iPhone isn't waterproof, we had a problem. BUUUT half way through the day i saw everyone floating around with this plastic sleeve thing. SO we visited the store at the entrance and found a waterproof sleeve. Being the skeptical girl i am, I went up to the assistant and asked whether they guaranteed phones if the sleeve failed AHAHAH. Anyways, sleeve worked and my phone's still alive. Did a good job, the photos are so worth the $40 plastic sleeve, at least I think :D But yeah, maybe if you guys go remember to bring a waterproof case if you want to take photos because I'm sure you can find the same sleeve on eBay for under $10.

The attraction that I wanted to go to the most was the rainbow reef snorkelling. Basically, what it is is a huge glass pool with all these colourful fish swimming in it and you get to put on some snorkelling gear and swim with them :D It was my first time snorkelling so I didn't really know how to use the straw thing (swallowed quite some water EW). Before you line up they ask if you can swim. Not sure why though because they give you a life jacket which keeps you afloat anyways =.=". So in the "pool" you're not really supposed to move anything but your arms to move you along and everyone just does a lap clockwise looking at the fishies below. It was a pity you were basically glued to the water surface by the life jacket. I really wanted to see the fish a bit closer up but nah didn't happen. NONETHELESS, awesome experience and you guys have to try it if you go!!
Next they have this obstacle area where there is rope walking and pole walking all above water. This one you ACTUALLY need to know how to swim because the waters 3m deep. There was also ledge for you to jump off. Was about 5m tall. Had to force the bf to go AHAHAH, that scaredy cat.
Another cool thing you can do there is interact with the dolphins!! Unfortunately we got there too late and all the tickets were sold out. So if you guys are planning on doing that, definitely go early because the tickets are limited!!
Remember the long floating pool I was talking about? There is this section where you float past the rays which are just separated by a glass wall!! I got super excited because I had just watched Finding Dory and OMG I loooove Mr Ray.

That life jacket totally ruined the photo >.> not quite sure why we wore them... the water was literally half a metre deep AHAHA.
The park also had a water playground and 3 rides (like a childish version of wet n wild) but we figured we can do that in Sydney so no point really.
If you like waves, there also this fake beach thing with fake waves :D More for kids though.
While we were at the store looking for the waterproof sleeve we also found this heart lock. Supposedly couples who write their names on this and lock it to this heart thing they had, will be locked together forever. Sounds cheesy, but we did it for the fun <3

That's pretty much Adventure Cove in a nut shell, it was quite small but was super pretty and worth going if you've got an extra day in Singapore or definitely if you've got younger kids. For us though, we preferred Universal Studios and would maybe rate it a 6.5/10.

He was so excited when we were given the aprons AHA CUTIE |
GUYS, the chilli crab is meh itself (I don't really like crab as i mentioned) but the buns dipped in that sauce is OMG 11/10. You guys have to try no matter what OK. The egg spinach thing as I mentioned in my Day 1 post is also, over the moon good. It was a more popular/fancy restaurant sooooo the bill came out to be around $180. The menu said the crab was $80 but of course with service charge and GST, the bill was to be expected. Remember, AUD is pretty low right now so its about 1AUD to 1SNG, just to give y'all an idea. Pretty expensive meal for two, but thats what Singapore is for right? To eat :D
That's about it for the day. Thanks guys and as you probably would've guessed, Day 4 is coming tomorrow, so STAY TUNED!
<3 Hannah.
